answer all feedback myself. Obviously, there are limits. So the policy
is that I will deal with, and respond to, all complaints within 24 hours
or less. If the matter will take longer to resolve, you will receive
an e-mail explaining the delay.
If you are the first
to submit an idea for something you think should be added to THEMES™, you will receive a response and, when your idea is
written up for inclusion in the Manual, you will receive a check for
$100. But only if you are first. And just for fun and for a little conversation
piece, we will also send you a framed certificate of appreciation for
your help in making THEMES™ of even greater use to
others.
